I started my own virtual assistant business in July 2015. After having my daughter, I knew that I didn’t want to go back to the 9 to 5 grind and leave her with someone else, plus she was exclusively breastfed for over a year (I hated having to pump milk, lol). I wanted to be home with her and be a full time mom. At that time, I was married and with him being in the military and having to leave for weeks at a time, it was easier for me to be home and available for the kids.
I knew that I didn’t want to depend solely on some else’s income…. I’ve been an Independent Woman since I was 19, lol. I’ve ALWAYS had that entrepreneurial bug (since age 17), I just didn’t know what to do with it. After SCAMS, Appointment Setting, SCAMS, MLMs, SCAMS, Call Centers and more SCAMS, lol, I stumbled across the virtual assistant world and I decided to start my own business!
When I started my virtual assistant business, I knew that was it! I was able to replace my corporate full-time income, working only part-time in my business – all while being a new military wife, blending a family, leaving my corporate job of 10+ years, moving to a new state where I knew no one and had no support system, ANNNND having an exclusively breastfed newborn… all within 2 months!
Most thought I was nuts (myself included at times), but fast-forward to years later, I got certified as an Online Business Manager (OBM) and rebranded my company into an OBM company. I have built a legacy and created a successful business that I love! I’m able to enjoy all the freedom, flexibility, and luxuries I have created building my business, and that’s because I decided to get off my butt and get started!
I was determined and nothing could stop me!
The road wasn’t always easy….. MANY prayers, tears, sleepiness nights and mistakes were made but I’ve had some amazing coaches & mentors along the way to help me level up and get my business to where it is today. I’ve surrounded myself with like-minded people who inspire and support me (because having an online business can be very lonely). So I am truly thankful and blessed.

I am a God-fearing Christian woman and doting mother of the two beautiful kids. Yes, I’m a little biased, but aren’t we all when it comes to our babies? I believe in honesty, loyalty and accountability.
In my free time, I am a professional photographer, foodie, love my church, movie & reality TV fanatic and techie. I love creating new memories with my family and I love to travel.
